What’s The First Step?
Your first step with Morpheus8 in Baltimore is to meet with Dr. Tag and his team for a private consultation and skin analysis. This initial appointment provides an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your aesthetic goals, and become more familiar with the doctor. We will review your medical history and make sure no contraindications are present.
As far as preparation for Morpheus8 goes, there are a few guidelines to follow prior to your session:
- Arrive at your appointment free from cosmetics/makeup
- For several weeks before your session, avoid excessive exposure to the sun and tanning
- Steer clear of waxing in the weeks leading up to Morpheus8
- If you suffer from cold sores or herpes, take an antiviral medication before treatment
- Discontinue the use of aspirin, ibuprofen, Motrin, Excedrin, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, flax oil, cod liver oil, fish oil, vitamin A, vitamin E, and essential fatty acids at least one week before Morpheus8.
- Refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine for several days prior to your appointment.
