Giving Back to Baltimore
Dr. Tag contributes to the community by teaching local medical residents and students. As an attending plastic surgeon at Saint Agnes Hospital, he plays a role in educating general surgery residents, plastic surgery residents from Johns Hopkins, and medical students.
He has initiated a microsurgical program at St. Agnes Hospital, specializing in DIEP and SGAP flaps for breast reconstruction. Additionally, he serves on the medical staff at Mercy Medical Center.
Outside the Office
Outside of work, Dr. Tag loves golfing, exercising, and cherishing moments with his family. His wife, Dr. Jessica Wertz, a former All-American gymnast at Nebraska, currently practices as a sports medicine physician with INOVA sports medicine. He loves spending time with his two kids, Taylor and Teague, as well as their family dogs, Cabo and Maui.
