37-year-old female is 5’5″, 208 lbs. The patient is 3 months post-op from a breast augmentation revision with mastopexy. She had previous saline implants with a rupture of the right side.  Dr. Tag exchanged both saline implants with L 255cc R 435cc moderate profile smooth round silicone implants and performed a bilateral breast lift for symmetry.
