38 year old female, 5’5″ 125 lbs. Patient is 6 months post major breast augmentation revision. The patient had a previous submuscular breast augmentation with saline implants that led to rippling, lateral displacement of implants into the axilla, and breast asymmetry.  Dr. Tag performed a pocket repair with an exchange for   415cc moderate profile smooth round silicone implants for improved symmetry, implant position, and no rippling.
